Matter Labs Cuts Staff, Refocuses on Enterprise Privacy Infrastructure Prividium

According to BlockBeats, Matter Labs CEO Alex Gluchowski announced on June 17 that the company is cutting staff and refocusing on enterprise-grade privacy infrastructure Prividium. Since 2024, the company has been developing products for regulated financial institutions, leading to Prividium's launch as a privacy-first blockchain infrastructure for enterprises and regulated finance. The restructuring aligns with evolving customer requirements and the distinct skill sets now required for this direction. Gluchowski noted that departing employees are top engineers, designers, and operations talent, and the company is providing financial compensation and career transition support.
