Macquarie Acquires Gabia for 48,000 Won Per Share, Plans Delisting on July 20

According to filings with South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service on July 20, Macquarie Asset Management's investment vehicle DCK Investment has signed a contract to acquire a majority stake in Gabia from the company's largest shareholder Kim Hong-guk and related parties at 48,000 won per share. DCK will launch a tender offer for the remaining shares at the same price, making Gabia a wholly-owned subsidiary before initiating a voluntary delisting from the stock market.
