Liftoff Mobile Raises $437M in US IPO at $23 Per Share, Values Company at $3.83B

According to Reuters, Blackstone-backed Liftoff Mobile raised $437 million in its US IPO on Wednesday, selling 19 million shares at $23 each, above its initial target range of $20–$22. The offering valued the company at approximately $3.83 billion. Liftoff is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker LFTO on Thursday. Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and Morgan Stanley served as joint lead underwriters.
