According to Jin10 Data, Libya’s Prime Minister Dbeibah pledged on May 13 to deepen multi-sector practical cooperation with China. Speaking at a Libya-China strategic partnership dialogue, Dbeibah expressed Libya’s commitment to strengthening ties and welcomed Chinese enterprises to invest in Libya. He stated the two countries would expand cooperation in energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors to achieve mutual benefit.
