Korean Won Likely to Strengthen Against Dollar, BOK Governor Says

According to BOK Governor Shin Hyun-sung, the Korean won is very likely to strengthen against the U.S. dollar in the future, given South Korea's strong economic fundamentals. "From a fundamental perspective, the Korean won is very likely to regain strength," Shin said when asked about the won's recent depreciation against the dollar.
