Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, U.S. Marine Corps Begin Large-Scale Joint Drills on June 20

According to CCTV International, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and U.S. Marine Corps began large-scale joint exercises called Operation Resolute Dragon on June 20 at multiple locations in Kyushu and Okinawa.

During the drills, Japan's V-22 Osprey transport aircraft arrived at Miyako Island for the first time.
