Iran Fires Seven Ballistic Missiles at Bahrain and Kuwait Early Saturday

According to Al Jazeera, Iran fired seven ballistic missiles at Bahrain and Kuwait territories early Saturday, June 6. Bahrain's Foreign Ministry stated that all missiles were successfully intercepted and condemned the strike as a flagrant violation of sovereignty and a threat to regional security.

Bahrain praised the vigilance of its armed forces and Kuwait's military response. The Foreign Ministry also called on Iran to halt the attacks immediately, allow over 20,000 stranded maritime workers to safely leave the region, and fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
