Iran Accuses U.S. of Violating Lebanon Ceasefire Commitment in MOU on July 1

According to Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammad Garibabadi, during three-way talks in Doha on July 1 involving Iran, Qatar, and Pakistan, the Iranian delegation presented allegations that the U.S. has violated its commitment under the Iran-U.S. Memorandum of Understanding regarding ending the Lebanon conflict. The delegation also raised concerns over reported increased U.S. military equipment and troop deployments in the region, as well as threatening and interventionist statements by U.S. officials. Iran emphasized that all commitments in the MOU constitute an integrated framework and cannot be treated separately.
