According to Iran's FARS news agency, on June 18, Iran accused Microsoft of converting its AI software Claude into a military targeting tool. The accusation claims Claude analyzes satellite imagery, location data, and communications signals to identify and prioritize military targets in less than one second, enabling rapid weapon selection. Iran states the system relies on cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon and Microsoft.
