IQE Raises 2026 Revenue Growth Forecast to Above 30% on AI and Data Center Demand

According to Reuters, UK semiconductor wafer maker IQE raised its 2026 revenue growth forecast to above 30% from 20% today (July 21) after stronger-than-expected first-half trading. The company reported first-half revenue of at least 64 million pounds (US$86 million) and expects 2026 core profit in the low teens of millions of pounds. The upgrade was driven by accelerating demand for compound semiconductor products used in AI infrastructure and data center applications, as well as support from the aerospace, defense, and wireless markets.
