Indonesia's PT Alamtri Exports 31,494 Tons of Aluminum to U.S. in June

According to export data platform Export Genius, PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry, a smelter under Indonesia's PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia, shipped its first batch of aluminum in June to the U.S. and South Korea. The company sent 31,494 tons of primary aluminum to the United States and 3,569 tons to South Korea, with shipments to the U.S. purchased by trader Mercuria and those to South Korea by Vitol. The facility on Borneo Island began commissioning operations in late 2025.
