Indonesian Central Bank Governor Perry Warjiyo said on Monday that the bank is closely monitoring rupiah fluctuations based on a 20-day average exchange rate trend. The rupiah has depreciated 5.8% year-to-date but remains within manageable levels, with confidence it will return to the 16,200-16,800 range assumed in this year’s state budget.
