India Approves $39B Purchase of 114 Rafale Jets Ahead of Modi's France Visit

According to Today's India, on June 2, India's air force finalized tender specifications for 114 Rafale fighter jets worth approximately 3.25 trillion rupees. The approval clears the way for India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi to sign a government-to-government procurement framework agreement during his planned visit to France in late June.
