IHC Completes First Institutional Dirham Stablecoin Transaction Worth $30M on May 26

According to official statement, the Abu Dhabi-based International Holding Company (IHC) completed a $30 million institutional-grade transaction using UAE dirham-backed stablecoin DDSC on May 26. The transaction, executed on ADI Chain, an institution-level Layer-2 blockchain developed by the ADI Foundation, marks the first major institutional application of the stablecoin since obtaining regulatory approval. DDSC was created through collaboration between IHC, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Sirius International Holding, with technical support provided by the ADI Foundation.
