IEA Forecasts Non-OPEC+ Supply Growth of 1.7M Barrels Per Day in 2026, Slowing to 1.1M in 2027

According to the IEA monthly report, non-OPEC+ oil producers, excluding Gulf states, are expected to increase supply by 1.7 million barrels per day in 2026, with the Americas accounting for the vast majority of the increase. Growth is forecast to slow to 1.1 million barrels per day in 2027, with the Americas contribution declining to 920,000 barrels per day.
