Hats Protocol to Shutter Parent Haberdasher Labs, Transition to Public Good

According to Foresight News, Hats Protocol announced it will shut down its parent company Haberdasher Labs and transition into a public good. The project's smart contracts will remain unchanged, allowing users to continue using the protocol without migration or additional actions. The entire technical stack is now open-source, enabling users to self-deploy or build upon it. Hats Protocol will maintain its hosted resources online through year-end.
