Hamas Claims Gaza Ceasefire Agreement 'Collapsing' Over Israeli Military Operations

GateNews
According to Hamas statement reported by Jin10 on May 28, the Palestinian militant group said the first phase ceasefire agreement for Gaza is 'facing collapse' due to escalating Israeli military operations in the enclave. Hamas claimed Israeli forces conducted a major airstrike on a residential building in Gaza City on the night of May 27, killing 10 people including two children and two women, with dozens more injured. The group stated that over the past 48 hours, Israeli attacks have resulted in over 20 deaths. Hamas called on the United States and guarantor nations to fulfill their responsibilities by condemning alleged Israeli violations and taking concrete measures to force compliance with ceasefire terms.
