GateNews

Gate News: According to the latest announcement, Gate has officially launched stock trading services. Users can directly trade stocks and ETF assets from the US mainstream securities markets within the platform using USDT.

Gate stocks connect to compliant securities brokers that hold US Broker-Dealer licenses, and provide trading services to users in an omnibus mode. The partner brokers are members of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Gate stocks currently support more than 10,000 stocks and ETF assets, covering major US trading venues such as the NYSE, Nasdaq, and NYSE Arca. At this stage, it supports intraday market-price buying and selling. In the future, it will gradually expand to 24/7 all-day trading. Users complete buying, holding, and selling of stock assets through their Gate accounts. Spot trading does not involve funding fees or overnight position fees.

Gate has seamlessly integrated the stock trading feature into its existing app ecosystem. Android users can access the service after updating to the latest version, and iOS users after updating to version 8.21.5. After users complete platform KYC verification and meet the access requirements in their respective regions, they can enter the stock section via the TradFi section in the app to participate in trading.
