Federal Reserve Holds Rates in June With 97.1% Probability, CME FedWatch Shows

According to CME FedWatch data released on May 13, the Federal Reserve has a 97.1% probability of holding interest rates unchanged in June, with a 2.9% chance of a 25-basis-point rate cut. For July, the probability of maintaining rates stands at 96%, while a 25-basis-point cut has a 3.9% probability.
