According to CME Fed Watch, as of June 3, the Federal Reserve has a 98.4% probability of keeping interest rates unchanged at its June meeting, with a 1.6% chance of a 25 basis point rate cut. For July, the market expects a 90.2% probability of rates remaining steady, an 8.4% probability of a 25 basis point rate hike, and a 1.4% probability of a rate cut.
