Fed Holds Rates Unchanged in June With 99.9% Probability, CME FedWatch Shows

According to CME FedWatch Tool data released on May 26, the Federal Reserve has a 99.9% probability of holding rates unchanged in June, with only a 0.1% chance of a 25 basis-point rate cut.

For July, the probability of maintaining rates steady stands at 90.3%, while a 25 basis-point rate hike carries a 9.6% probability.
