ETH-0.11%

According to the Ethereum Foundation, the Glamsterdam upgrade devnet has launched with core execution layer components now stable across multiple clients. ePBS (external proposer separation) is running stably in the Glamsterdam-devnet, and EIP-8037 has completed final specification, establishing a fixed cost model for state operations.

The Hegotá scaling extension is advancing in parallel, with FOCIL prototype implementations now functional and account abstraction requirements fully defined. Multi-client testnet validation is planned for the next phase, with development efforts currently focused on finalizing Glamsterdam deployment while continuing Hegotá design work.
