Gate News message: on April 13, the Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital disclosed that last week it sold 55 Bitcoins at a 70,560 USD average price, for total proceeds of about 3.9 million USD. Its total Bitcoin holdings have fallen to 2,934 Bitcoins. In addition, the company disclosed that, to date, it has spent about 1.47 hundred million USD to repurchase 25,805,396 shares of common stock. Empery Digital said that going forward it will continue selling Bitcoin as needed to fund future share repurchases, and may repay some outstanding debt.
