DRAM Contract Prices Forecast to Rise 13-18% in Q3 2026 as Storage Supply Shortage Deepens

According to Guo Tai Hai Tong's research report, DRAM contract prices are expected to rise 13-18% and NAND contract prices 10-15% in the third quarter of 2026, extending a prolonged supply shortage across the storage industry. Based on TrendForce data, Q2 2026 saw DRAM contract prices jump 58-63% and NAND prices up 55-60%. In June, South Korea's storage exports reached $39.71 billion, surging 280.3% year-over-year, with DRAM exports up 385.2% to $21.85 billion. Taiwan's leading storage manufacturers reported June revenues up 325.6% year-over-year.
