Dragonfly Partner Clarifies VVV Token Does Not Represent Venice Ownership; $65M A-Round Closed

VVV1.80%
According to Dragonfly managing partner Haseeb Qureshi, Venice is a centralized company, and its VVV token does not represent ownership or equity. Instead, VVV holders can stake tokens to mint DIEM and gain access to Venice's inference computing power, plus benefits from products like Venice Pro. The company plans to buy back and burn VVV using business revenue. Venice AI completed a $65 million Series A funding round on July 1, led by Dragonfly.
