Among individual stocks, Intel (INTC) fell nearly 4%, Apple (AAPL) declined 1%, Micron Technology (MU) rose 6%, and Circle (CRCL) surged 20%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index fell 0.09%, while NIO rose nearly 3%.
