Deksan Nepcore and DTS Receive KOSDAQ Dual-Listing Approval on July 20, First Exception in South Korea

According to Korea Exchange and financial authorities, Deksan Nepcore (a subsidiary of Deksan HiMetal) and DTS (a subsidiary of Dasan Networks) received approval for listing on KOSDAQ on July 20, becoming the first companies permitted dual listing under newly relaxed guidelines. Deksan Nepcore develops aerospace and defense components, while DTS manufactures general-purpose machinery. Deksan HiMetal's shareholders approved the proposal with 72.8% in favor (based on eligible voting shares) and 92.7% support from shares voting. Dasan Networks shareholders voted 46.5% and 90.3% in favor, both exceeding regulatory thresholds requiring majority approval and at least one-quarter support under the so-called "3% rule."
