DeFi Dashboard Zapper Shuts Down on Aug. 3 After 7 Years

According to CEO Seb Audet, DeFi dashboard and portfolio tracker Zapper will shut down on Aug. 3 after nearly 7 years in operation, the announcement said Wednesday. The project's website, mobile apps, and API services will be completely sunsetted on that date.

Zapper scaled to 2 million monthly active users and over $13 billion in processed transactions at peak volume. The company raised a $1.5 million seed round in early 2020 and a $15 million Series A in May 2021 led by Framework Ventures, with participants including Mark Cuban and Ashton Kutcher's Sound Ventures.
