CySEC Suspends Mind Money Brokerage Licence Over Four Compliance Violations

According to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, on June 23, 2026, CySEC suspended the Cyprus Investment Firm licence of Mind Money Limited (licence number 115/10) over alleged violations of investment services regulations. The regulator cited four areas of non-compliance: the firm carrying out activities not covered by its authorisation, failing to notify CySEC of board changes, failing to maintain effective two-person management structure, and concerns over shareholder suitability.

During the suspension, Mind Money is prohibited from providing investment services, accepting new clients, or advertising as an investment services provider. The firm may only complete pending transactions and return client funds under CySEC supervision. The company has been given one month to address the violations before the suspension is lifted.
