According to Beating, Cursor has launched Router, an automatic model selection feature for Teams and Enterprise users. The system assesses task type and complexity, then routes to either cost-efficient or advanced models. Trained on over 600,000 real requests and tested across millions of queries, Router's Auto Intelligence mode achieves satisfaction levels close to Fable while reducing costs by approximately 60%, and Auto Balance mode surpasses Opus performance with about 36% cost savings.
