According to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, on Friday the court rejected the Trump administration's request to suspend a ruling that struck down a $100,000 fee imposed on new H-1B workers hired from outside the U.S. The three-judge panel ruled that the government failed to show a substantial likelihood of success in overturning the lower court's judgment that the fee exceeded presidential authority.
