Sentiment indices across major banks, mid-sized banks, and non-bank institutions stood at 46, 48, and 46 respectively, each declining 1 point. The index measures liquidity stress on a scale of 0 to 100, with 50 representing equilibrium; readings above 50 indicate tightening funding conditions.
