CleanSpark Reports $378.3M Net Loss in Q2 2026, Including $224.1M Loss on Bitcoin Holdings

According to CleanSpark, the bitcoin miner reported a net loss of $378.3 million for its second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2026, up 173% year-on-year from $138.8 million in the same period last year. The loss included $224.1 million tied to its bitcoin holdings. The company held $925.2 million worth of BTC at quarter-end, while bitcoin mining revenue declined 25% year-on-year to $136.4 million.
