China's NDRC Plans Supporting Documents to Accelerate AI Deployment

According to an announcement from China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) on May 22, the agency is preparing supporting documents to accelerate artificial intelligence deployment and enhance resource allocation. Li Chao, deputy director of the NDRC's Policy Research Office, stated that the commission will continue promoting state-owned enterprises to open high-value application scenarios, fostering AI flagship applications across industries and regions to drive AI integration into business operations and management.
