China, U.S. Agree to Launch Intergovernmental AI Dialogue on May 19

According to Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun, China and the U.S. agreed to launch an intergovernmental dialogue on artificial intelligence on May 19. The agreement was reached during President Trump's visit to China, when the two countries' leaders held what the spokesperson described as a constructive exchange on AI-related issues.
