China Securities Regulatory Commission Issues Supplementary Documentation Requirements for Ganzhicao's Hong Kong IPO on July 3

According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), on July 3, the CSRC released supplementary documentation requirements for seven companies planning overseas listings. Ganzhicao (Hangzhou Ganzhicao Technology Co., Ltd.) was among those entities, receiving requirements to clarify pricing bases for historical equity increases and share transfers, and to address potential conflicts of interest.

The CSRC's requirements cover equity structure verification, compliance of shareholder arrangements, pricing fairness of recent share transactions, employee stock incentive plans, foreign investment regulatory compliance, and share encumbrance status. Ganzhicao submitted its Hong Kong main board listing application in January, with CITIC Securities International and Shenwan Hongyuan Hong Kong serving as joint sponsors.
