China, Pakistan Urge Iran Ceasefire and Resumed Talks on July 17

According to CCTV News, on July 17, China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in Shanghai to exchange views on the Iran situation. Both sides expressed concern over the worsening crisis and called for immediate cessation of hostilities, urging all parties to overcome obstacles, restart contact, and resume dialogue with the goal of achieving a comprehensive peace agreement through negotiation.
