China Issues 2.07 Trillion Yuan in Special Bonds, Reaches 47% of Annual Target by July 3

According to China Securities Journal, as of July 3, China has issued 2.0692 trillion yuan in new special bonds year-to-date, completing 47% of the annual target. June saw the highest monthly issuance so far at 571.6 billion yuan. Experts expect the pace of issuance and utilization to accelerate in the coming months, with funds likely focusing on integrated transportation infrastructure, energy, and water conservancy projects to support economic growth targets.
