Chanxin Technology Sets IPO Price at 8.66 Yuan Per Share, Launches July 16

According to BlockBeats, Chanxin Technology announced on July 14 that the company has set its initial public offering price at 8.66 yuan per share for listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market. Investors can subscribe on July 16 (T-day) during online subscriptions from 9:30-11:30 and 13:00-15:00, or offline subscriptions from 9:30-15:00, with no upfront payment required.

The initial offering comprises 668.81 million shares, representing approximately 10% of post-offering total capital. China International Capital Corporation was granted an over-allotment option of up to 15% of the initial offering shares.
