Capital One's $425M Settlement Payments Delayed from July 2026, Could Extend Into 2027

According to the settlement website, Capital One's $425 million 360 Savings Account settlement payments have been substantially delayed due to an appeal filed by a class member in June 2026. Payouts were originally scheduled to begin around July 21, 2026, but the appeal has prevented the distribution from moving forward.

A federal judge approved the settlement in April 2026. The court appeal could take several months or longer than a year to resolve, potentially extending payment delays well into 2027. No revised payment date has been confirmed, and the appeal could result in changes to the settlement's terms or payment arrangements. Eligible customers are those who held a Capital One 360 Savings Account between September 18, 2019, and June 16, 2025.
