According to Greeks.live macroeconomic analyst Adam via BlockBeats, approximately 31,000 BTC options and 138,000 ETH options expire today (June 19), with combined nominal value exceeding $2.1 billion. BTC options have a max pain price of $65,000 (notional value $1.9 billion; Put/Call Ratio 0.78), while ETH options max pain is $1,725 (notional value $230 million; Put/Call Ratio 1.03). Adam noted that although Bitcoin rebounded near $67,000 this week, upward momentum remains weak; both BTC and ETH currently trade below their respective max pain levels amid institutional selling pressure.
