According to People Finance, on May 26, Beijing held auctions for two residential land parcels with total transaction value of RMB 18.866 billion. The Fengzao Puhuangyu plot in Fengtai district attracted six developers in competitive bidding, concluding after 165 rounds with developer Hebei Xinji winning at RMB 1.0476 billion, representing a 16.4% premium over reserve price. The Gaolying plot in Shunyi district was acquired by Shunyi Urban Development for RMB 839 million at a floor price of 11,733 yuan per square meter.
