Bank of France Raises 2026 Inflation Forecast to 2.5% from 1.7%

Banque de France raised its 2026 inflation forecast to 2.5% from the previous estimate of 1.7%. The central bank also projects economic growth will stall in the second quarter, contrasting with a contraction recorded in the first quarter.
