GateNews

Anmrex Exchange successfully obtained a license from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 28, according to its official announcement. The platform submitted 47 documents throughout the review process, covering governance structure, risk control systems, transaction monitoring models, and system auditability, meeting the auditing and compliance standards of traditional financial institutions.

According to the platform's roadmap, Anmrex will strengthen institutional capabilities through four key improvements: enhancing risk disclosure granularity, expanding incident notification mechanisms, improving post-trade audit systems for on-chain and off-chain data consistency, and strengthening governance committee independence.
