Gate Announcement — Dividend Distribution Completed for NVIDIA and 140 Other Stocks

NVIDIA, Bank of America (BofA), HSBC Holdings, and 138 other stocks have announced cash dividends for this period. Gate will complete USDT dividend settlements on a pro-rata basis for users who held the relevant stocks at the snapshot time. The entire process is handled automatically — no action is required from users.

This dividend distribution covers a wide range of US stocks and ETF assets, including technology and semiconductors, financial services, energy, consumer goods, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, as well as select index and sector-themed ETFs. Representative assets include NVIDIA, Bank of America (BofA), and HSBC Holdings, among others.

Distribution Rules

• Taking NVIDIA as an example, this dividend is $0.25 USD per share, distributed as the equivalent amount in USDT.
• SATA has been distributing dividends on a trading-day basis since June 16, 2026, and is the first preferred stock on the market to adopt a daily interest accrual and distribution mechanism. As of this announcement, all previous SATA trading-day dividends have been distributed as the equivalent amount in USDT. Specific amounts are subject to actual credited amounts and on-page displays. Going forward, SATA dividends will continue to be distributed on a trading-day basis without further separate announcements — please refer to actual credited amounts.

• Withholding tax deduction: 10%
• Actual amount credited = number of shares held × dividend per share × 90%

Credit Notice
