Coin Analysis: Renzo (REZ)

As a representative project in the Liquid Restaking sector, Renzo (REZ) has, after token issuance in the first half of 2026 and surviving the market-wide deleveraging and washout, now been moving in line with mainstream market capital to form a bottom at current low levels. The current price is roughly moving sideways between $0.038 and $0.042. Cycle phase: It is currently in a bottom-building and handover period after an airdrop and early liquidity deleveraging release. Support & resistance: The key short-term technical support level is around $0.035. The main swing resistance above is at $0.052 to $0.058. A breakout with increased volume is needed to reverse the medium-term downward structure. Market view: REZ’s long-term value is deeply tied to the activity levels of the Ethereum Layer-2 ecosystem and the EigenLayer ecosystem: Base of liquid restaking demand (LRT core need): Renzo simplifies the complex restaking process on EigenLayer and provides users with the liquid staking token ezETH. Its locked amount (TVL) ranks among the top in the same sector. With the continuous expansion of the L2 and multi-chain ecosystem, demand for secure custody of its underlying Active Validation Services (AVS) remains rigid. Token supply inflation pressure (short-term suppression): As a next-generation LRT token, REZ faces sell pressure from token unlocks and early points/liquidity conversion. In an environment where the overall market lacks incremental capital, its FDV (fully diluted valuation) suppresses the slope of a short-term rebound, requiring a longer period of low-level consolidation to absorb the float.
