ETH, in my personal opinion, 1000 is the discount zone where you can start accumulating. In the last bull run, it fell from 2021 to bottom out in April–June 2022, with the lowest level around 1000. This time is similar, with the high point roughly the same. Liquidity is slightly better, since there are now formal institutional allocation channels via ETFs, so you can start trying to accumulate at 1000–1200.
