ME News Report, May 16 (UTC+8), Interactive Brokers (NASDAQ: IBKR) announced the launch of its first unified prediction market trading interface. This interface allows users to access the three major prediction market platforms in the United States: Kalshi, CME Group, and ForecastEx simultaneously. In this system, clients do not need to open separate accounts or transfer funds for each platform; they can search, compare prices, and execute cross-platform orders at the best available prices through a single interface. The system will automatically route orders to the exchange offering the most favorable prices. Additionally, the platform has been integrated with IBKR's existing trading environment, supporting unified management and real-time tracking of prediction market positions alongside stocks, options, futures, and cryptocurrencies. Initially, the platform will focus on contracts related to election outcomes, climate events, and economic indicators, with plans to incorporate more exchanges in the future. (Source: MLion)

ForecastEx previously had a low profile; now that it's partnering with IBKR, will the liquidity pick up a bit?

Doing this during an election year is obviously to boost traffic; whether the contract depth is sufficient still needs to be evaluated.

The indicator contract finally no longer requires a separate account opening at CME, increasing friendliness for small fund players.

Unified management of positions sounds great, but does IBKR provide tools for market prediction and correlation analysis of traditional assets?

Interface integration is quite good, but Kalshi's UI is already simple, and now embedding it into IBKR makes it more complicated?
