Recently, I found myself to be quite typical: when I have floating profits, I just think "Hmm, not bad," and go eat; but once I have a small floating loss, my mind immediately starts working overtime, and I even check my phone twice before sleeping... Honestly, that loss feels like being pricked by a needle, while the gains feel like just passing by. Maybe it's loss aversion, I know rationally it's just fluctuations, but emotionally I refuse to accept it.

What's more annoying is that watching on-chain also easily causes anxiety: the miner/validator income plus the "leftover" from MEV extraction, plus whether the ordering is fair or not, retail investors' complaints aren't without reason, it feels like you just entered the market and immediately paid an invisible tax.

I'm now treating it as practice, not trying to beat myself: continue to diversify small positions like an octopus, try new protocols with a one-time wallet, and force myself not to look at K-line charts before sleep... Anyway, just want to keep my sleep intact.
