V-Green Signs MOUs for Philippine EV Network Expansion; Eyes 600 Charging Stations, 1,200 Battery-Swapping Stations

According to V-Green, on 18 May 2026, the company signed separate memoranda of understanding with Bataan provincial government and fuel retailer Clean Fuel to expand electric vehicle charging and battery-swapping infrastructure across the Philippines.

In Bataan, V-Green aims to deploy 600 charging stations and 1,200 battery-swapping stations across one city and 11 municipalities, with the provincial government providing permits and site coordination. Separately, V-Green and Clean Fuel will explore installing chargers at high-traffic fuel stations in Dasmariñas, Cavite, where Clean Fuel operates more than 100 stations across Luzon.
